I’m a mother of two beautiful girls, and if I’m not working or snuggling with my babies I’m probably in a garden or cooking something! I’m a licensed esthetician and I am passionate about providing high quality, customized skincare and waxing services. I struggled with acne on my teenage years and would always go the extra mile to understand product formulation, ingredients, and the science behind the beauty industry. Cancellation Policy
Policies
Appointment etiquette:
Since reservations are planned to allow the correct time for each treatment, it's important to be punctual. Within 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment but I will do my best to perform an abbreviated treatment at the full price. More than 15 minutes late will be considered a last minute cancellation/reschedule and the below cancellation fee schedule will apply.
I require 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment. Remember, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments. As a courtesy, confirmation is made 48-hours in advance via email and/or text.
A credit card is required to hold your reservation. If last minute rescheduling or cancellation of your reservation occurs, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled reservation, Tropicalia Beauty Studio reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellation or no shows.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
24-Hours or more advance notice = no fee.
Less than 24-hours notice = 20% of service price fee.
No notice given (no show) = 50% of service price fee (if it occurs more than 2 times, 100% service price will be charged and client will be blocked from scheduling appointments with Tropicalia Beauty Studio.
Child policy:
Due to safety considerations and limited space for proper accommodation, children under 7yo are not permitted in the studio.
Please make other arrangements for your children on appointment days. Tropicalia Beauty Studio reserves the right to cancel your appointment and charge you for the full booking should you arrive with a child/minor.
Health Policies:
Clients are required to cancel/reschedule any treatment should you feel ill, have a cold, the flu or an infection.
Note: This policy is not and will not be used to get out of following our cancellation/rescheduling policy. You are still responsible for canceling and rescheduling your appointment and abuse of this policy may result in required deposits value 100% of service(s).
Payment policy:
Tropicalia Beauty LLC accepts all major credit cards and cash. Payment is due upon the conclusion of your service.
